• 3+ years of experience in value-added services, telecommunications, insurance, device protection or retail sales.

• Experience in mobile phone retail or consumer electronics is preferred.

• Strong understanding of customer needs and sales conversion.

• Experience in sales policy, incentive management and frontline training.

• Strong communication, negotiation and data analysis skills.

• Strong execution ability and willingness to work with stores.

• Manage nationwide value-added business performance.

• Develop business strategies for insurance, device protection, screen protection, recycling and other services.

• Set sales targets and performance standards for regional teams and stores.

• Develop value-added business sales processes and incentive policies.

• Train sales promoters on product knowledge and sales skills.

• Improve customer conversion and attachment rates.

• Analyze sales performance, regional differences and store execution.

• Develop successful sales cases and replicate them across stores.

• Work with product, sales and regional teams to improve business results.

• Prepare regular performance reports and improvement plans.
