• 3+ years of experience in product management, inventory management or supply chain operations.

• Experience in mobile phones, consumer electronics or retail products is preferred.

• Strong understanding of inventory turnover, sell-through rate and stock aging.

• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.

• Good coordination and decision-making ability.

• Able to identify problems and provide practical solutions.

• Manage nationwide product planning and inventory turnover.

• Monitor product inventory, sales movement and stock aging.

• Develop inventory turnover targets and improvement plans.

• Analyze slow-moving, excess and out-of-stock products.

• Coordinate product allocation and replenishment across regions.

• Improve product availability while reducing inventory risk.

• Track product lifecycle and support new product launches.

• Work with sales, regional and supply chain teams.

• Establish inventory monitoring and reporting systems.

• Provide recommendations based on sales data and inventory trends.
