• Diploma in Electrical in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• B.Sc. or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

• 7 to 14 years

• 7 to 14 years of proven factory maintenance and utility operational experience in continuous manufacturing environments.
• Strong technical expertise in troubleshooting heavy industrial utility systems, electrical panels, and mechanical units.
• Exceptional team leadership, decision-making, breakdown management, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated track record of leading technical teams and driving 5S workplace standards.

Indigo Marble & Granite Ltd. is a leading Natural stone processing industry in Bangladesh. We are looking for energetic, result-oriented, and dynamic technical professionals to join our Factory Maintenance Team. Applications are invited for the following positions under our Maintenance Department:

Job Location: Factory Site (Utility Area)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise overall daily maintenance activities across factory machinery, power supply, generators, air compressors, and utility systems.
• Formulate, implement, and track master preventive maintenance schedules for all utility units.
• Coordinate with production management and maintenance engineers to resolve heavy breakdown issues rapidly.
• Maintain comprehensive maintenance ledgers, spare parts inventory control, and equipment service histories.
• Enforce strict adherence to industrial safety protocols, workplace hazard guidelines, and 5S standards.
