We are currently rebuilding our sales team into specialized high-performance "Pods" focusing on Architects, Real Estate Developers, and Luxury Private Projects. We are looking for ambitious, ethical, and system-driven professionals to fill multiple positions at Senior and Associate levels.
JOB TITLES:
Senior Sales Executive (Experience: 3–7 Years)
Associate Sales Executive (Experience: 1–3 Years)
THE MISSION You will act as a premium consultant, not just a salesperson. Your role is to own specific market segments, build lasting relationships with key decision-makers, and ensure flawless execution of high-value stone projects from selection to installation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Specialized Account Management: Manage relationships within a specific niche (e.g., top-tier Architecture firms, major Real Estate Developers, or Govt. projects).
Technical Consultation: Move beyond aesthetic selling to provide technical guidance on material properties (porosity, hardness) and precise site measurements.
System Discipline (Crucial): Maintain 100% transparency by logging all client interactions, leads, and project files daily into the company CRM and cloud systems. Data integrity is a core KPI.
Site & Factory Coordination: Bridge the gap between the construction site needs and our factory’s production capabilities to ensure zero-error delivery.
Mentorship (For Seniors): Guide and train Associate members within your "Pod" to ensure team continuity and knowledge sharing.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR (THE IDEAL PROFILE)
Education: BBA/MBA from a reputable university. B.Arch degree holders are highly encouraged to apply for the Architect Relations Pod.
Industry Background: Proven experience in building materials (tiles, sanitary ware, lighting), real estate, or luxury interior solutions is highly preferred.
Technical Skills: Ability to read basic architectural drawings/floor plans is a significant advantage. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is mandatory.
