Job Responsibilities:

* Client Assessment: Evaluate client profiles, work experience, skills, and language proficiency to determine eligibility for work permit visas across major destinations (Canada, Australia, Middle East, and Europe).

* Work Permit Processing: Handle end-to-end processing for international work permits, including LMIA (Canada), TSS/Employer Sponsored (Australia), and Middle East/European employment visas.

* Document & Compliance Management: Thoroughly review, verify, and organize job offers, contracts, police clearances, medical certificates, and financial documents to ensure strict compliance with country-specific immigration laws.

* File Preparation & Submission: Professionally draft support letters, fill out complex visa application forms, and securely submit files through official immigration portals.

* Interview Briefing: Conduct detailed pre-departure briefings and prepare candidates for embassy or employer interviews, ensuring they are well-versed in job details and local regulations.

* Market & Policy Updates: Stay constantly updated on changing immigration policies, quota limits, and work permit pathways for Canada, Australia, KSA, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Denmark, and New Zealand.

* Team Supervision: Guide and monitor junior processing executives to maintain a zero-error submission rate and ensure high client satisfaction.
