We are looking for a confident and motivated Sales Caller to help us acquire clients for professional website development and digital services.

This is a remote, performance-based role. Your main responsibility will be to identify potential business clients, contact them by phone, explain our website services, understand their needs, handle basic objections, and generate qualified leads or sales.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential business clients.

• Contact businesses that may need a new or improved website.

• Explain our services clearly and professionally.

• Identify business needs and communicate the value of having a professional website.

• Follow up with interested prospects.

• Maintain a simple record of calls, leads and follow-ups.

• Book qualified meetings or close sales where appropriate.

• Meet agreed weekly calling and lead-generation targets.

Preferred candidate:

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Comfortable speaking with business owners.

• Previous telesales, telemarketing, lead generation or sales experience is preferred.

• Good English and Bangla communication skills.

• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently from home.

• Students and experienced sales professionals may apply if they can commit consistently.

Compensation:
This is primarily a commission/performance-based position. Earnings will depend on successful sales and collected payments. High performers can earn significantly more as they generate more clients.
