Job Context

Distribution Sales ensures product availability and sales growth through efficient distribution management. The role focuses on coordinating with buyers and sales teams to achieve targets, maintain smooth supply, and support business performance. Now we are looking for a Person (male) for Distribution Sales Department.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve sales revenue, market share, and profitability targets for Portable Power Station products.

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to ensure the achievement of individual and departmental sales objectives.

• Identify new business opportunities, generate quality leads, and build strong relationships with corporate, retail, institutional, and channel partners.

• Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to promote Portable Power Station solutions effectively.

• Ensure timely collection, processing, and follow-up of customer orders, invoicing, and product deliveries to maintain high customer satisfaction.

• Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to develop effective sales strategies.

• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy accounts receivable status.

• Coordinate with the Accounts Department to review customer ledgers, reconcile outstanding balances, and ensure compliance with company financial policies.

• Prepare and submit periodic sales forecasts, business reports, and market intelligence reports to management.

• Manage and monitor delivery operations, including delivery schedules and logistics coordination, to ensure efficient and on-time product supply.

• Develop and maintain a strong dealer, distributor, and reseller network to maximize market penetration.

• Provide product knowledge training and sales support to distributors, dealers, and sales personnel.

• Maintain strong knowledge of Portable Power Stations, battery technology, renewable energy solutions, and related power backup products.

• Represent the company professionally at client meetings, trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to execute promotional campaigns and introduce new products successfully.

• Ensure customer complaints and service issues are addressed promptly and professionally.

• Manage month-end sales reviews and contribute to annual sales planning and budgeting activities.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical business practices.

• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time.
