JOB SUMMARY
Distribution Hub Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and ambitious professional to lead and expand its corporate sales activities. The incumbent will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should possess strong negotiation, leadership, and business development skills with experience in B2B sales and corporate account management.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute corporate sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Identify, approach, and develop relationships with corporate clients, business partners, institutions, NGOs, and government organizations.
Generate new business opportunities through networking, client visits, referrals, and market research.
Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer retention.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business negotiations.
Prepare business proposals, quotations, contracts, and sales agreements.
Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
Analyze customer requirements and provide customized business solutions.
Coordinate with operations, procurement, logistics, and finance departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to identify growth opportunities.
Resolve customer complaints and service-related issues promptly.
Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review.
Lead and mentor junior sales team members where applicable.
Achieve individual and team sales targets as assigned by management.
Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
