Responsibilities & Context:

Industry Experience: Proven experience in the Heavy Equipment, Construction Machinery, Automotive, or related industry.

Sales & Business Development: Strong track record in equipment sales, business development, market expansion, and achieving sales targets.

Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of Excavators, Wheel Loaders, Motor Graders, Dump Trucks, Compactors, and other construction equipment.

Product Knowledge: Familiarity with major equipment brands such as Volvo, SDLG, Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hitachi, XCMG, SANY, Kobelco, Zoomlion, Liugong, Develon, Hyundai, etc.

After-Sales Service: Understanding of service operations, spare parts, preventive maintenance, warranty, and customer support.

Key Account Management: Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, contractors, government organizations, and project owners.

Tender & Project Business: Practical experience with government/private tenders, project-based sales, technical specifications, and bid requirements.

Commercial Knowledge: Understanding of quotation, pricing, negotiation, payment terms, LC/Cash transactions, import procedures, and equipment costing.

Team Leadership: Strong capability to lead, motivate, and manage Sales & Service teams while achieving organizational objectives.

Market & Competitor Analysis: Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, customer requirements, and business opportunities.

Strategic Planning: Experience in sales forecasting, annual business planning, sales pipeline management, and business strategy development.

Communication & Negotiation: Excellent communication, presentation, customer handling, and negotiation skills in both English and Bengali.

Leadership Attributes: Always maintaining an Executive presence, decisive, responsible and, a results-oriented approach.

Professional Network: Established network within the construction, infrastructure, real estate, industrial, and government project sectors will be an added advantage.
