Experience:

• 10 to 12 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from a reputed university

• Post-graduate degree will be an added advantage

• 10 to 12 years

• Age 35 to 45 years

• Key Skills & Attributes:

• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities

• Expertise in project management tools (Primavera, MS Project, etc.)

• Advanced knowledge of construction methods and building materials

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects concurrently

• Additional Requirements:

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other project management tools

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulatory requirements

• Willing to travel outside Dhaka when required

• Experience Requirements:

• 10 to 12 years of relevant experience in real estate and construction (both residential & commercial)

• Proven track record in managing large-scale real estate projects

Reporting to : Managing Director / Group Executive Director (ED)

Job Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage all phases of residential and commercial real estate projects—from planning to completion.

• Supervise site engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and other technical staff to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.

• Review and verify structural designs, BOQs, drawings, and material specifications in alignment with local building codes and regulations.

• Coordinate with architects, consultants, suppliers, and clients for seamless project execution.

• Manage construction schedules, budgets, and resource allocation effectively.

• Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and environmental standards at all project sites.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the engineering and site teams.

• Prepare regular progress reports for management and stakeholders.

• Visit outstation sites as needed.
