• Bachelor’s degree from a reputed institution/university.

• Age 28 to 36 years

• Candidates with relevant sales and market experience in Mymensingh, Sherpur, Kishoreganj, Jamalpur, Savar, Dhaka City (Mohammadpur, Mirpur, Keraniganj), Comilla, or Chattogram will be preferred.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by volume and value.

• Manage distributors and lead, coach, and monitor the sales representative team to achieve assigned targets.

• Expand outlet coverage, distribution reach, product availability, and visibility across the territory.

• Monitor distributor stock, payments, documentation, and overall business performance.

• Communicate and execute trade promotions and promotional schemes with retailers and distributors.

• Identify new business opportunities through different routes to market and drive volume growth.

• Maintain accurate sales reports, territory data, and business analytics.
