• Experience in real estate sales/marketing is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to generate and convert sales leads.
• Customer-focused and target-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

• Generate and manage leads for apartment sales.

• Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.

• Conduct meetings and property presentations with prospective buyers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Coordinate with the marketing team to execute lead-generation and promotional activities.

• Handle customer inquiries and guide clients throughout the sales process.

• Maintain regular follow-ups and provide excellent customer service.

• Target: Minimum 1/2 apartment sale per month.
