Experience:
1. Student & Batch Growth
Drive direct sales and learner acquisition for company courses and learning programs.
Develop and execute monthly plans to generate new enrollments.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of individual learners and prospects.
Convert leads into paid learners and ensure regular batch formation.
Identify new learner segments, communities and channels for acquisition.
Conduct offline activation, campus visits, education fairs, seminars, workshops and other learner acquisition activities where relevant.
Proactively identify opportunities rather than waiting for leads to come in.
Work closely with the academic/product team to understand upcoming courses and ensure sufficient enrollment pipeline.
2. Institutional Sales
Identify schools, colleges, universities, coaching centres, training institutions and other education organizations that can benefit from company.
Build relationships with institutional decision-makers.
Conduct meetings, presentations and product demonstrations.
Develop institutional proposals and commercial opportunities.
Negotiate and close institutional deals.
Convert institutional relationships into recurring business and learner volumes.
3. Partnership Development
Identify and develop partnerships with organizations that can help expand the company’s learner base or distribution.
Build relationships with educational institutions, corporates, youth organizations, professional communities, associations, content/learning partners and other relevant ecosystems.
Develop referral, distribution, co-marketing and strategic partnership opportunities.
Own partnership discussions from prospecting to negotiation and closure.
Ensure partnerships result in measurable business outcomes, not just MoUs or meetings.
4. Online & Offline Sales
You will be expected to be equally comfortable selling from a laptop and from the field.
Online:
Lead generation and prospecting through digital channels
Social media and community-based prospecting
WhatsApp / Messenger / phone-based sales
Email and LinkedIn outreach
Online meetings and product presentations
Follow-up and conversion of digital leads
Offline:
Institutional visits
Corporate meetings
Campus and community engagement
Education events and activations
Seminars, workshops and career events
Face-to-face sales and partnership meetings
5. Pipeline & Conversion Management
Maintain a clear and updated sales pipeline.
Track prospects from first contact to conversion.
Follow up consistently and professionally.
Identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and take corrective action.
Maintain accurate CRM / sales records.
Forecast monthly sales and enrollment numbers.
Ensure no meaningful opportunity is lost due to poor follow-up.
6. Monthly Growth Ownership
You will be expected to work against clear monthly numbers.
Key measurements may include:
New learners acquired
New batches launched
Batch fill rate
Monthly enrollment growth
Revenue generated through sales
Number of institutional clients acquired
Number of active partnerships
Partnership-generated learners
Qualified leads generated
Lead-to-enrollment conversion
Sales pipeline value
Repeat / recurring institutional business
