Job Context

​We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented professional to lead our Sales Division as an Assistant General Manager (AGM). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Medical Devices and Laboratory Machinery sales industry and will be responsible for driving revenue growth, business expansion, and leading high-performing sales teams.

​Key Responsibilities

• ​Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share in the medical device and lab equipment sectors.

• ​Lead, mentor, and monitor the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
