• Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and market development targets by effectively managing the assigned area and implementing sales plans

• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with retail customers, individual house builders (IHB), and fabricators to maximize sales opportunities and strengthen market presence

• Conduct regular market visits to identify new customers, generate orders, monitor product availability, and ensure effective market coverage

• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, customer feedback, and pricing strategies, and provide timely market intelligence to the reporting manager

• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Customer Service, and other internal departments to ensure timely order processing, product availability, and customer satisfaction

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, maintain accurate customer records, and comply with organizational policies, sales procedures, and operational guidelines
