Job Context: We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven, and experienced Assistant Manager for our Sales Department to drive business growth and manage client relationships effectively.

Job Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to sell ready and under-construction apartments and commercial spaces. - Identify potential buyers and corporate clients to build strong professional relationships. - Schedule and conduct project site visits with clients and provide detailed information about project features. - Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management. - Lead, monitor, and motivate the sales team members to improve their performance. - Assist in collecting booking money, down payments, and installments from clients. - Prepare regular sales reports and update the senior management. - Ensure excellent after-sales services to maintain client satisfaction.
