• Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people everyday
• Presentation skills & physical endurance
• Practical experience in Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point and Email communication

• Visit outlets of Cement (Dealer`s point & retailer`s point) at route on regular basis.

• Maintain relationship to retain existing customers of Cement as well as source new market.

• Collect market data about business scenarios like competitors` sales volume, campaigns, market share, etc. and assist the section head regarding the market policy.

• Communicate and develop strong network with Dealers & Retailers for maintaining long term business relationship.

• Determine market requirements for existing and future products by conducting market research on a regular basis.

• Collect order from the market and place order through software accordingly.

• Achieve pre-determined sales target to contribute in boosting up revenue.

• Coordinate & Communicate with the distribution & logistics team to ensure timely delivery of product.

• Identify new clients by introducing business and its facilities proactively in order to maximize revenue for the organization.

• Prepare reports e.g. Sales report, Sales Forecast, Target setup, Market analysis etc. and submit to immediate supervisor on a regular basis.
