• Graduation from any reputed University.

• Candidates from Electrical Background will get preference.

• Supervise and hold RSMs accountable for daily activities, performance against KPIs and sales/collection targets.

• Appoint new dealers and reactivate closed/old dealers to ensure sustained business growth. Build strong relationships across the channel.

• Conduct regular visits to dealers, retail outlets, and distributor showrooms/warehouses monthly to monitor display, stock, and compliance.

• Formulate and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and collection plans.

• Ensure daily order approval and collection for target achievement.

• Liaise with Logistics, Production, and other departments to ensure seamless delivery and collection.

• Drive local corporate business for LCAC, VRF, and CHILLER projects alongside dealer sales.

• Implement company policies through the team.

• Prepare and submit daily, monthly, and annual sales and collection reports to management.

• Verify team attendance, tour plans, and take additional responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Sales.
