Responsibilities & Context:

• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve assigned Modern Trade sales and revenue targets.

• Manage relationships with key Modern Trade accounts, super shops, chain stores, and retail partners.

• Regularly visit assigned outlets to monitor sales, stock availability, product visibility, pricing, and merchandising standards.

• Coordinate with customers to ensure timely order placement, delivery, stock replenishment, and payment collection.

• Develop and implement account-specific promotional activities, trade schemes, discounts, and visibility initiatives in line with company policies.

• Negotiate commercial terms, promotional plans, product listings, and business opportunities with Modern Trade customers.

• Monitor SKU-wise and account-wise sales performance and identify opportunities for sales growth.

• Ensure proper product assortment, shelf placement, planogram compliance, POSM execution, and in-store visibility.

• Track competitor activities, pricing, promotions, new product launches, and market trends within the Modern Trade channel.

• Prepare regular sales forecasts, outlet-wise reports, account performance reports, and market updates for management.

• Coordinate with Sales Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and other relevant teams to ensure smooth business execution.

• Monitor customer claims, returns, damages, deductions, and other commercial issues and coordinate for timely resolution.

• Identify new Modern Trade accounts and opportunities to expand the company's distribution and market presence.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, trade terms, and reporting requirements.
