• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Management

• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve assigned HORECA sales targets and revenue objectives.

• Identify and acquire new customers across hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering businesses, bakeries, cloud kitchens, and other food-service outlets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with HORECA owners, purchasing managers, chefs, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.

• Conduct regular customer visits to understand requirements, identify business opportunities, and provide appropriate product solutions.

• Prepare and negotiate quotations, commercial proposals, pricing, trade terms, and promotional offers within company guidelines.

• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and customer acquisition to order placement, delivery, payment collection, and after-sales service.

• Coordinate with distributors, logistics, supply chain, warehouse, finance, and other relevant teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

• Monitor customer-wise, product-wise, and territory-wise sales performance against assigned targets.

• Ensure product availability, timely replenishment, proper order execution, and resolution of customer complaints.

• Conduct market visits and monitor competitor pricing, product offerings, promotions, customer trends, and market developments.

• Identify opportunities for product listing, bulk sales, institutional contracts, and long-term business partnerships.

• Maintain an updated database of HORECA customers, prospects, sales pipeline, orders, and business opportunities.

• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, customer updates, and market intelligence reports for management.

• Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with Finance/Accounts to ensure timely collection.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, sales processes, and ethical business practices.
