Operational coordination and SOP compliance

• Monitor daily distribution operations and ensure timely execution of delivery plans.

• Monitor all order sheets, pending orders and delivery status.

• Coordinate with Sales, Transport, Packing, Inventory, Security and Depot teams for smooth delivery operations.

• Monitor truck and trawler loading activities and ensure timely vehicle placement and release.

• Coordinate with Distribution Shift In-Charge, Supervisors and Loading Drivers for smooth execution of daily operations.

• Monitor vehicle loading, waiting time and turnaround time to minimize vehicle idle time.

• Maintain regular communication with Depot In-Charges regarding stock, vehicle requirements and delivery status.

• Prepare and submit daily distribution, delivery, vehicle and exception reports.

• Monitor daily delivery achievement against the approved plan and highlight operational gaps.

• Ensure proper shift handover and follow-up on pending issues.

• Identify operational issues and coordinate timely corrective actions.

• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, dispatch controls and operational instructions.

• Support management in improving delivery efficiency, vehicle utilization and distribution cost control.
