Educational Qualification:

• Diploma in Agriculture / Horticulture with 3 years’ Mango garden operation field experience

• General Graduate with Minimum 5 years of practical experience in commercial orchard operations.

• Educational qualification may be relaxed for candidates with strong and proven hands-on commercial mango-orchard experience.

  Experience & Technical Capability:

• Minimum 5 years of practical commercial farm/orchard experience for candidates without formal agricultural qualifications.

• Practical commercial mango orchard experience is highly preferred.

• Demonstrated capability to supervise and maintain approximately 5,000+ mango trees.

• Hands-on knowledge of spraying, pesticide/fungicide use, weedicide/herbicide application, and grass and weed control is essential.

• Experience with agricultural spraying machinery and orchard equipment is an advantage.

• Experience managing farm labour and seasonal orchard work is preferred.

Additional Requirements:

• Knowledge of mango-tree maintenance and seasonal management, including pruning, irrigation, and fertilizer/manure application.

• Ability to monitor pests/diseases and maintain basic field records.

• Honest, responsible, physically fit, and capable of working independently.

• Willing to work and, as required, stay at the orchard in Panchagarh.

• Experience with Amrapali and other commercial mango varieties will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Preference will be given to candidates who have previously worked as Khamar In-Charge, Farm Supervisor, Orchard Supervisor, Agriculture Supervisor, or in similar field-management roles, and who can demonstrate responsibility for a substantial number of mango trees. The ideal candidate is a practical field professional rather than a purely theory-based agricultural graduate.

Job Location & Work Environment:

Boda, Panchagarh, Bangladesh. This is primarily an orchard-based position. The selected candidate must be comfortable working in a rural agricultural environment and supervising field activities throughout the mango production cycle.

Position Summary

Waynex Agro is seeking a responsible, experienced, and field-oriented Farm In-Charge / Supervisor to manage its commercial mango orchard operation in Panchagarh. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day orchard maintenance and coordinate the activities required to keep approximately 5,000+ mango trees healthy, productive, and commercially managed.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall supervision and routine maintenance of approximately 5,000+ mango trees.

• Plan and supervise seasonal orchard activities and daily field operations.

• Supervise pesticide and fungicide spraying, ensuring timely and correct application.

• Supervise weedicide/herbicide application, grass cutting, weed removal, and orchard cleaning.

• Monitor pests, diseases, flowering, and fruit development, and report issues promptly to management.

• Supervise pruning, fertilizer/manure application, and irrigation activities.

• Operate or supervise the safe use of spraying machines and other agricultural machinery.

• Supervise farm labourers and seasonal workers, and allocate daily tasks.

• Maintain basic records of spraying, fertilizer use, weedicide/herbicide application, irrigation, labour, and machinery use.

• Support mango harvesting, collection, sorting, and other seasonal commercial operations.

• Report orchard condition, operational requirements, labour needs, and important issues to management on a regular basis.
