Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities:-
Client Communication & Relationship Management.
Shipment Coordination with clients, suppliers, shipping lines and relevant parties.
Handling and maintaining commercial documents.
Preparing Costing, Quotations and Shipment-related calculations.
Shipment Tracking, Follow-up & Reporting.
Billing and Payment Follow-up with clients.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth shipment operations.
Understand and follow Import-Export, Customs & Commercial Compliance Requirements.
Maintain proper records of shipments and commercial activities.
Perform other duties assigned by the management.
Required Skills:-
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word & MS Excel).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong follow-up and coordination ability.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good knowledge of Import-Export and Shipping procedures will be an added advantage.
🕙 Office Hours
10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Sometimes additional working hours may be required depending on business needs.

Friday & All Government Holiday.
