• Age 28 to 40 years

Self-driven and reliable, able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, driven and reliable functional teams. Analytical and solutions-oriented, capable of supporting incident investigations, risk reduction actions, and implementation Hands-on, improvement focused mindset, with the willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and support operational teams in achieving EHS objectives; on improvement focused mindset.

• Strong understanding of Bangladesh Labour Law Act 2006, Labour Rules 2015, Environment Conservation Act (ECA) 1995, Environment Conservation Rules (ECR) 2023, fire safety codes, and international standards such as ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and buyer compliance requirements.

• Ability to identify workplace hazards and conduct Hazard Identification and Risk Assessments (HIRA), manage chemical safety (input, process, and output stages), and ensure proper waste management with traceability.

• Capability to manage fire safety systems, implement emergency response procedures, conduct evacuation drills, and perform accident investigations with effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Certification or training as a Fire Safety Manager will be an added advantage.

• Ability to lead EHS programs, conduct safety training and awareness sessions for workers, and ensure audit readiness and compliance with regulatory and buyer requirements.
