• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• Age 30 to 40 years

• Ability to conduct RCA, FMEA, and downtime analysis.

• Good knowledge of industrial safety and engineering compliance.

• Strong vendor/contractor management skills.

• Good team leadership and coordination capability.

• Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance-related reporting/documentation.

• Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to emergency breakdowns.

• Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.

We are looking for a technically competent Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – Maintenance & Engineering to ensure the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of production machinery, electrical systems, and plant utilities. The role will oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting, engineering projects, spare-parts management, and continuous improvement to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted production.

1. Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of production machinery, equipment, electrical systems, and utility facilities.

2. Ensure timely troubleshooting and resolution of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation-related breakdowns.

3. Monitor machine performance and take proactive measures to minimize downtime and production interruptions.

4. Maintain and monitor critical utilities such as generators, compressors, boilers, HVAC, pumps, water systems, electrical distribution systems, and other plant utilities.

5. Coordinate with Production and other relevant departments to ensure maximum equipment availability and operational efficiency.

6. Maintain proper records of machine breakdowns, preventive maintenance schedules, spare parts, maintenance costs, and equipment history.

7. Identify recurring technical problems and implement root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive actions.

8. Supervise external contractors and service providers for equipment installation, maintenance, repair, and engineering-related projects.

9. Support installation, commissioning, modification, and upgrading of new machinery and equipment.

10. Ensure adequate availability and proper control of engineering spare parts, tools, and maintenance materials.

11. Monitor maintenance-related expenses and contribute to cost optimization and energy-saving initiatives.

12. Ensure compliance with occupational safety, electrical safety, environmental, and company engineering standards.

13. Conduct regular inspections of machinery, equipment, and engineering facilities to identify potential risks and maintenance requirements.

14. Support factory capacity expansion, layout modification, automation, and continuous improvement projects.

15. Prepare maintenance reports, KPIs, downtime analysis, and other management reports.

16. Lead and guide technicians and maintenance team members to ensure effective execution of maintenance activities.

17. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with relevant SOPs, policies, and engineering procedures.
