• Conduct regular market audits at distributor, depot, and retailer levels to assess adherence to company policies, procedures and controls.

• Perform physical stock verification at distributor and depot locations to ensure inventory accuracy and reconcile variances.

• Identify, analyze and report discrepancies, non-compliance issues, leakages and unethical practices within sales and distribution operations.

• Prepare clear and concise audit reports outlining observations, risks, root causes and actionable recommendations.

• Coordinate closely with Sales teams and Central Audit teams to communicate audit findings and support implementation of corrective actions.

• Follow up on audit observations to ensure timely closure, effectiveness of corrective measures and sustained compliance.
