Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
Drive primary and secondary sales in line with business objectives.
Monitor daily sales performance and take corrective actions to ensure target achievement.
Analyze sales trends, gaps, and opportunities and implement appropriate action plans.
Ensure continuous expansion of numeric and weighted distribution across the territory.
Identify potential markets, new outlets, and uncovered areas for business expansion.
Develop and maintain effective distribution networks within the assigned territory.
Monitor distributor-wise and territory-wise performance and identify areas for improvement.
Monitor distributor stock, order processing, inventory levels, and market supply.
Lead and monitor sales representatives` market visits, productive calls, outlet coverage, strike rate, and sales achievement.
Prepare and submit regular sales and market reports as required.
