Responsibilities & Context:
* কোম্পানির রেডি ও আন্ডার-কনস্ট্রাকশন ফ্ল্যাট বিক্রির জন্য নতুন কাস্টমার/ক্রেতা খুঁজে বের করা।
* কাস্টমারদের সরাসরি প্রজেক্ট সাইটে নিয়ে যাওয়া (Site Visit) এবং ফ্ল্যাটের লে-আউট ও সুযোগ-সুবিধা বুঝিয়ে দেওয়া।
* মাসিক ও বার্ষিক সেলস টার্গেট পূরণ করা এবং কাস্টমারদের সাথে দীর্ঘমেয়াদী সুসম্পর্ক বজায় রাখা।
* ফ্ল্যাটের বুকিং নিশ্চিত করা এবং পেমেন্ট শিডিউল অনুযায়ী কিস্তির টাকা আদায়ে সহযোগিতা করা।
* অভিজ্ঞতা: রিয়েল এস্টেট সেক্টরে ফ্ল্যাট বিক্রির কাজে ন্যূনতম ২ বছরএর অভিজ্ঞতা
* অন্যান্য দক্ষতা: আকর্ষণীয় ব্যক্তিত্ব, চমৎকার কথা বলার শৈলী এবং কাস্টমারকে রাজি করানোর (Convincing Power) অসাধারণ ক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে
