• Install, configure, administer, and maintain Windows Server and Linux server environments.

• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, file/print services, and related infrastructure services.

• Administer VMware/Hyper-V virtualization platforms, virtual machines, and associated resources.

• Monitor server, storage, virtualization, and infrastructure health using appropriate monitoring tools.

• Configure and maintain backup systems, backup jobs, retention policies, and restore processes.

• Support storage systems, SAN/NAS, RAID, capacity planning, and performance optimization.

• Maintain system availability, redundancy, and disaster recovery readiness.

• Coordinate with network, security, application, database, vendors, and other IT teams for infrastructure-related issues.

• Support Microsoft SQL Server and other enterprise application infrastructure as required.

• Participate in infrastructure projects, new office/factory setups, migrations, upgrades, and technology deployments.
