1. Receive and record inventory in the ERP system and prepare GRNs, issue documents, and supporting records.

2. Manage used product receipts from zonal and nationwide locations and maintain product lifecycle records.

3. Prepare customer delivery challans and coordinate courier and transportation arrangements.

4. Coordinate inter-location stock transfers and maintain proper documentation.

5. Monitor stock movement, storage, asset tagging, reorder levels, and inventory reconciliation.

6. Maintain accurate ERP and inventory reports for management and audit purposes.

7. Ensure compliance with warehouse safety, company policies, operational standards, and audit requirements.

8. Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and warehouse operational efficiency.
