Responsibilities & Context:
  • Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
  • Develop new business opportunities in Corporate and Government sectors.
  • Manage and grow key customer accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Identify, prepare, and submit government tenders, RFQs, and RFPs.
  • Coordinate with Presales, Technical, Finance, and Operations teams for solution delivery.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and relationship management.
  • Support collection and receivable follow-up activities.
  • Maintain sales pipeline, forecast reports, and CRM/ERP records.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify new business opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial documents as required.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market developments to support sales strategies.
  • Conduct regular customer meetings and follow up on leads, proposals, and ongoing opportunities.
  • Coordinate contract renewal and account expansion activities with existing customers.
  • Prepare regular sales performance reports and provide updates to management on business opportunities and challenges.
