Experience:
Manage the complete lifecycle of NTTN and LSP connectivity, including survey, feasibility assessment, deployment, commissioning, bandwidth upgrade/downgrade, service modification, and service discontinuation.
Coordinate with NTTN vendors, including Summit Communications, Fiber@Home, and Bahon Limited, LSP providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely implementation, smooth operations, effective troubleshooting, and prompt issue escalation.
Follow up on NTTN and LSP surveys, feasibility assessments, link implementation, and commissioning activities, ensuring timely completion in line with operational requirements.
Monitor NTTN capacity utilization, bandwidth consumption, core network link performance, and port mapping to optimize network resources, maintain service efficiency, and identify cost optimization opportunities.
Manage and maintain accurate port mapping, link inventory, customer information, and LSP-wise connectivity records in coordination with the relevant teams.
Manage the NTTN and LSP billing lifecycle, including invoice verification, billing validation, discrepancy identification and resolution, payment follow-up, and maintenance of accurate billing and payment records.
Prepare and submit monthly NTTN and LSP billing reports to the SCM and relevant teams, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission.
Conduct zone-wise and vendor-wise performance analysis, monitor service quality, identify recurring issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend appropriate service improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with relevant teams to maintain updated information on active customers, links, vendors, and service status for each LSP.
Prepare and manage NTTN NCR notifications, survey and feasibility reports, preliminary pricing evaluations, implementation documentation, and other operational records as required.
Maintain regular communication with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely troubleshooting, service restoration, operational continuity, and effective issue escalation.
Prepare and submit daily operational reports covering installation, survey, commissioning, troubleshooting, and other connectivity-related activities.
Prepare and submit monthly performance, commissioning, capacity utilization, and billing reports to support management decision-making, operational governance, and cost control.
Ensure all NTTN and LSP activities are carried out in accordance with company policies, operational procedures, service requirements, and agreed timelines.
