• Experience in physical server installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and hardware replacement, including Dell and HPE servers.

• Experience in hardware replacement, array health monitoring, controller troubleshooting, and storage maintenance.

• Hands-on experience troubleshooting server hardware components, including RAID controllers, HDDs/SSDs, power supplies, memory modules, network interface cards (NICs), and cooling systems.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Xpert Fintech is seeking a highly skilled and dependable Network Administrator to oversee the stability, security, and performance of our IT infrastructure while leading the technical support and system administration team. This critical position requires strong technical expertise, leadership, and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with overseas clients and senior management.

The role requires a proactive, solution-oriented professional who can manage day-to-day operations, drive service excellence, and deliver high-quality support services.

Job Summary

This position plays a vital role in ensuring the reliability of business operations, including DC-DR visits and the management of high-end network and server components for the overall IT infrastructure. The role also includes vendor communication, fault detection, and ensuring 99.9% uptime for network operations.

To manage, maintain, and support Xpert Fintech`s IT infrastructure, network systems, security operations, and cloud service operations, ensuring uninterrupted business operations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Install, configure, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, operating systems, and networking equipment.

• Install, configure, manage, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and related network devices.

• Ensure uninterrupted connectivity between the company’s Core Network and client Cisco and MikroTik routers or other network devices.

• Troubleshoot link-down, packet loss, high latency, bandwidth, routing, and other network connectivity issues.

• Coordinate with ISPs to resolve backbone, upstream, routing, and other core network issues.

• Identify and resolve network bottlenecks, faulty equipment, cabling issues, and other causes of service degradation.

• Coordinate the installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of network equipment.

• Install, configure, manage, and administer Windows Server and Linux-based environments.

• Implement and maintain backup and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions.

• Ensure system and network security through patch management, security updates, and vulnerability mitigation.

• Troubleshoot server, network, system, and application-level issues.

• Monitor network and system performance, availability, and reliability to ensure the smooth operation of critical services.

• Conduct field visits when technical issues cannot be resolved remotely.

• Maintain accurate inventory records of IT hardware, software, network equipment, and other IT assets.

• Regularly maintain IT equipment checklists and related operational records.

• Maintain up-to-date system and network documentation, SOPs, configuration records, and architecture/network diagrams.

• Follow organizational IT policies, security standards, operational procedures, and compliance requirements.

• Provide 24/7 technical support for critical production systems and network incidents when required.

• Perform any other IT, network, system, or compliance-related duties and responsibilities assigned by management.

• Strong expertise in Windows Server, Linux Server, Active Directory, networking, cloud platforms, virtualization, and IT security management.

• Extensive experience with network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and firewalls.

• Practical experience with enterprise networking and security solutions such as FortiGate, Cisco, and HP.
