Responsibilities & Context:
Identify and approach potential corporate and business clients.
• Generate leads through phone calls, email, social media, networking and field visits.
• Understand clients’ business requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
• Present and demonstrate company software products to prospective clients.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial offers.
• Conduct client meetings and follow up regularly with prospects.
• Negotiate with clients and support the sales closing process.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain customer and sales information in CRM/software.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Coordinate with the technical, implementation and support teams for smooth client on boarding.
• Collect market feedback and monitor competitor activities.
• Prepare regular sales activity and performance reports for management.
