Xpert Fintech is seeking an experienced and strategic IT Infrastructure and Cloud Administrator to lead enterprise infrastructure, cloud operations, platform reliability, and technology transformation initiatives.

This is a senior leadership role for a technology professional who can combine IT infrastructure solution architecture, strategic planning, technical expertise, and operational leadership to design, build, and manage secure, scalable, resilient, highly available, and cost-efficient technology environments.

Job Summary

This position plays a vital role in ensuring the reliability of business operations, including DC-DR visits and the management of high-end network and server components for the overall IT infrastructure. The role also includes vendor communication, fault detection, and ensuring 99.9% uptime for network operations.

To manage, maintain, and support Xpert Fintech's IT infrastructure, network systems, security operations, and cloud service operations, ensuring uninterrupted business operations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the strategy, architecture, management, and continuous improvement of enterprise IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, Systems, and Security Operations, ensuring secure, scalable, resilient, and highly available technology services.

• Define and execute IT infrastructure and cloud transformation roadmaps, including data center modernization, cloud adoption, virtualization, compute, storage, networking, and hybrid-cloud environments.

• Manage enterprise AWS and cloud services, covering migration, architecture, governance, performance optimization, availability, security, and operational maturity.

• Ensure high availability, reliability, performance, and capacity of business-critical infrastructure through proactive monitoring, observability, SLA/KPI management, capacity planning, and performance optimization.

• Lead cybersecurity and infrastructure security operations, including privileged access, firewall and network security, endpoint protection, vulnerability management, security monitoring, hardening, patch management, and security compliance.

• Strengthen organizational cyber resilience through Disaster Recovery (DR), Business Continuity Planning (BCP), enterprise backup and recovery, redundancy, failover, and periodic recovery testing.

• Lead major incident, problem, and change management, conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implementing corrective and preventive actions to minimize downtime and recurring operational issues.

• Establish centralized monitoring, logging, SIEM, observability, and proactive alerting to improve infrastructure visibility, security-event detection, incident response, and service reliability.

• Ensure IT infrastructure and cloud environments comply with organizational IT governance, cybersecurity, risk management, audit, regulatory, and information-security requirements.

• Lead cloud and infrastructure cost optimization (FinOps), including budgeting, forecasting, resource utilization, licensing, capacity optimization, and technology investment planning.

• Manage strategic technology vendors, ISPs, cloud providers, managed services, procurement, contracts, SLAs, and KPIs, ensuring service quality, security, performance, and commercial value.

• Lead, mentor, and develop Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, System, and IT Operations teams, establishing accountability, technical standards, operational procedures, and a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.

• Partner with senior management, cybersecurity, application, engineering, business, and external technology teams to translate business requirements into practical, secure, and scalable technology solutions.

• Provide management with clear visibility into infrastructure performance, cybersecurity risks, operational KPIs, technology investments, capacity requirements, service availability, and strategic improvement initiatives.
