Experience:

• Age At least 24 years

• Hands-on experience with Linux server administration, preferably Ubuntu and/or RHEL-based systems.

• Practical experience with SIP, VoIP, IP PBX, and SBC technologies will be highly preferred.

• Experience with server/network monitoring and infrastructure management tools.

• Experience in shell scripting, Python, Ansible, or other automation technologies will be an advantage.RHCSA or RHCE certification will be preferred.

• Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Manage and maintain a diverse IT infrastructure consisting of Cloud VMs, Physical Servers, Class 5 VoIP Platforms, and SIP SBCs.

• Monitor system and infrastructure health using server, network, and service monitoring platforms and take proactive action to prevent service disruption.

• Maintain and regularly update Network Diagrams, IP Address Inventory, Server Inventory, and other infrastructure documentation.

• Troubleshoot and resolve Linux server, network, connectivity, performance, and infrastructure-related issues.

• Automate repetitive server and infrastructure-related tasks using scripting and automation tools to improve operational efficiency.

• Implement and maintain server and network security controls, including system hardening, access control, patching, and security best practices.

• Support and troubleshoot SIP, VoIP, and IP PBX related issue. Experience with VoIP platforms and SIP signaling will be considered an advantage.

• Perform server and network capacity monitoring, performance analysis, and preventive maintenance.
