Technical Skill Requirements

• Advanced Microsoft Excel — Pivot Table, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF, Power Query, dashboards, etc.

Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented MIS & Business Performance Manager who will be responsible for transforming business data into actionable insights, monitoring organizational performance, preparing management reports, and supporting management in strategic decisionmaking.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS and business performance reports.

• Monitor sales, revenue, profit, inventory, customer, outlet, and operational KPIs.

• Prepare Management Dashboards and performance summaries for senior management.

• Analyze business performance and identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.

• Track individual outlet, department, product category, and employee performance.

• Establish and monitor KPIs, targets, and achievement reports.

• Provide variance analysis between actual performance and business targets.

• Prepare sales forecasts and performance projections based on historical data.

• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, E-commerce, Finance, Inventory, HR, and Operations teams to collect and validate data.

• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of management reports.

• Identify data inconsistencies and coordinate with relevant departments for correction.

• Provide management with data-driven recommendations for improving sales and operational efficiency.

• Conduct regular performance review meetings and prepare required analytical reports.

• Maintain proper documentation of reporting formats, KPIs, and business metrics.
