Responsibilities & Context:

1. Coordinate with NTTN providers for connectivity, service availability, faults, maintenance and technical issues.

2. Monitor NTTN and transmission links for bandwidth utilization, uptime, latency, packet loss, and overall performance.

3. Coordinate link activation, upgrade, downgrade, migration, and capacity requirements with NTTN providers.

4. Troubleshoot transmission-related issues and follow up with providers until resolution.

5. Open, monitor, and close provider service tickets and maintain proper records.

6. Verify NTTN bandwidth, service details, invoices, and billing information and report any discrepancies.

7. Coordinate scheduled maintenance and ensure proper communication with relevant internal teams.

8. Maintain updated records of NTTN circuits, bandwidth, service IDs, faults, downtime, and service changes.

9. Prepare regular reports on transmission performance, bandwidth utilization, downtime, and provider-related issues.

10. Ensure reliable and uninterrupted transmission connectivity in coordination with NTTN providers.
