Responsibilities & Context:
Configure, deploy, and manage enterprise routers and switches (MikroTik, Cisco, Juniper) to ensure stable network operations.
Perform day-to-day monitoring, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis for LAN/WAN/VPN connectivity issues and service degradation.
Implement and maintain network security controls (ACLs, firewall rules, VLAN segmentation, user access policies) following company standards.
Execute network changes, upgrades, and preventive maintenance with proper documentation, change control, and rollback planning.
Maintain accurate network diagrams, device inventory, configuration backups, and provide technical support/coordination with internal teams and vendors.
