Responsibilities & Context:

• Provide technical support for ISP network operations, including troubleshooting of internet connectivity issues.

• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot MikroTik routers and OLT (EPON/GPON) devices.

• Monitor network performance and ensure minimum downtime and quick resolution of faults.

• Handle configuration and maintenance of ONU/ONT devices for end users.

• Support and maintain network infrastructure including switches (Cisco, BDCOM, V-SOL).

• Manage and troubleshoot related systems such as NVR, IP phones, NAS, WiFi routers, UniFi, and Cambium networks.

• Ensure proper LAN setup, including PC-to-PC file sharing, printer sharing, and network printer connectivity.

• Provide remote and on-site support to customers as required.
