Job Context

Coral Procure B.V. is a Netherlands-based organization building an AI-powered Supplier Intelligence Platform that transforms ERP data, supplier information, market intelligence and external signals into actionable supplier and material risk intelligence.

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who can take strong technical ownership and help build the platform from proven demos into a robust, production-ready product.

The role is highly hands-on and combines backend engineering, frontend development, AI/LLM engineering, data integration, cloud infrastructure and technical leadership.

Job Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end technical ownership of key platform modules, including risk analytics, dashboards and AI signal processing.

• Design, develop and maintain production-grade backend services and REST APIs using Python and Fast API.

• Develop frontend features using React and TypeScript and establish reusable development patterns.

• Build data pipelines and ETL processes, including enterprise integrations such as SAP ECC/S4HANA.

• Design and implement AI/LLM capabilities including RAG, prompt engineering, vector search and Azure OpenAI orchestration.

• Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases, queries and data models for performance and scalability.

• Work with Azure, Docker and Kubernetes to support cloud-native application deployment and infrastructure.

• Establish and maintain CI/CD, testing and software quality standards.

• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.

• Investigate and resolve complex technical and production issues across application, data and integration layers.

• Work closely with the IT Project Lead to validate technical designs, identify risks and propose practical solutions.

• Prepare technical documentation, API specifications and design decisions for owned modules.

• Contribute to the overall scalability, reliability, security and maintainability of the platform.
