• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology

• Age At least 18 years

• Strong proficiency in Kotlin/Java for Native Android.

• Strong practical experience with Flutter/Dart.

• Good understanding of iOS development, Xcode, iOS SDK, provisioning, certificates and App Store deployment.

• Experience with XML-based Android UI, ViewBinding, Material Design, responsive layouts and Flutter UI.

• Knowledge of MVVM, Clean Architecture, Repository Pattern, HILT Dependency Injection and SOLID principles.

• Experience in developing applications for enterprise and field-force applications, FMCG, Ceramics, LPG, Cement, Agro Feeds, Sales & Distribution or similar industrial/business operations will be an advantage.

• Develop and maintain production-ready Native Android/iOS and Flutter applications to deliver reliable and user-friendly mobile solutions by following appropriate development practices, architecture and coding standards.

• Build scalable and maintainable mobile applications to support business requirements by implementing MVVM/Clean Architecture and modular development practices.

• Develop offline-first applications to ensure uninterrupted application functionality by implementing reliable local data storage, data handling and synchronization mechanisms.

• Integrate REST APIs, authentication, file/image upload, push notifications, analytics and third-party SDKs to enable secure, connected and feature-rich mobile applications.

• Implement QR/Barcode scanning, OCR, camera-based workflows, image processing and document/data recognition to support automated data capture and practical business workflows.

• Integrate and experiment with on-device/local AI models such as Gemma 4 to explore AI-powered features and enhance mobile application capabilities.

• Conduct application testing, debugging, profiling, crash analysis, and performance optimization to ensure application stability, responsiveness and reliability.

• Manage application signing, release builds, versioning and deployment to ensure smooth and compliant application releases through Google Play Store and Apple App Store/App Store Connect.

• Monitor production issues and provide post-release maintenance and technical support to ensure continuous application availability and resolve technical issues effectively.

• Collaborate with backend developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and business teams to understand business requirements and develop practical, scalable and user-focused mobile solutions.
