• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

UI/UX Related training

• At most 2 years

• Age 20 to 32 years

• You know how to process simplicity from complex user requirements

• You know how to use tools like Mockup, Figma, Sketch, InVision, Photoshop, Marvel and Overflow

• You know how to use AI tools for research, design and prototype development

• You have knowledge of user research and translating insights from research to your designs.

• You have knowledge of front end development

• You have great communication skills

• You are flexible, friendly and a team player

• You're eager to improve your UI/UX skills

• You're good at listening and accepting feedback

• You know web and mobile UI/UX technologies

  Candidate Persona:

• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles with the ability to create simple, intuitive and visually appealing designs using Figma and other relevant design tools.

• User-focused mindset with a strong commitment to understanding user needs, simplifying complex requirements and creating meaningful digital experiences.

• Proactive learner who takes initiative to develop UI/UX, product and technical knowledge and stays updated with relevant design trends, tools and technologies.

• Technically curious and comfortable working in a software development environment, with an interest in understanding front-end technologies and collaborating closely with developers.

• Open to feedback, willing to iterate on designs, and able to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Junior UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about understanding users, simplifying complex requirements, and creating intuitive and engaging digital experiences. This role is particularly suited to someone who is curious, eager to learn, comfortable receiving feedback, and interested in growing their capabilities across UI/UX design, product thinking, user research and front-end development.

Core Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for: 

• Designing User Experiences: Understand user needs, business requirements and complex workflows, and translate them into simple, intuitive and effective user experiences across web and mobile applications.

• Creating User Interfaces: Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes and final interfaces using Figma and other relevant UI/UX tools, while applying usability, accessibility, visual design and UI/UX best practices.

• Product Development & Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product teams and other stakeholders to communicate design decisions, contribute to product requirements and features, consider technical feasibility, and support successful implementation.

• Design Improvement & User Feedback: Conduct or support user research, gather feedback from users and stakeholders, refine designs based on insights, contribute to UX/product content and documentation, and identify opportunities to improve the overall user experience.
