Metafour Asia is looking for a proactive and dynamic ‘Project Coordinator’ to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, organizational, and leadership capabilities, enabling smooth project delivery while accurately translating business needs into actionable plans. This role requires working closely with multiple teams to plan, execute, and deliver logistics-driven software solutions that improve company efficiency, automation, and end-user experience.

Core Job Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
Project coordination and management: Plan, coordinate, and support the execution of multiple projects to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. This role involves defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables, maintaining project plans and documentation, tracking progress, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. The Project Coordinator works closely with other teams while independently managing assigned projects, proactively identifying risks and resolving issues. The role also includes stakeholder communication and evaluating project effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.
Business analysis & requirement management: Gather, understand, and translate business needs into structured functional and technical requirements. Prepare and maintain documentation including SRS, WBS, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria. Work closely with the product team to validate requirements and ensure technical feasibility.
Participate in SDLC and Ops activities: Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams by translating requirements, coordinating SDLC and operational activities, and incorporating stakeholder feedback into project plans to ensure smooth, goal-aligned execution. Facilitate clear, transparent communication across stakeholders to align priorities, manage expectations, and ensure shared understanding.
Support the management and team leads: Understand company policies, processes, and products and services while developing leadership and decision-making skills. Assist managers and team leaders with day-to-day tasks and to monitor team performance, productivity, and adherence to company standards, especially project management.
Compensation and other benefits (in details):
Monthly salary ranging from BDT 85,000/- to 110,000/- based on skills and experience
