Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:
  • Mandatory proficiency in Logic-ERP. Experience must include BOM modules, implementation support, and report generation.

  • Mastery of PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, and complex logical formulas.

  • Familiarity with Data Visualization tools (PivotTables, Power BI) is a significant advantage.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Manage BOM Lifecycle & ERP Governance – Lead BOM investigation, reconciliation, and accurate operation closure across all RMG units to ensure system accuracy and compliance.

  • Provide Logic-ERP System Support – Act as the focal person for BOM-related ERP issues, identify user errors or system gaps, and coordinate with IT for timely resolution.

  • Maintain Master Data Integrity – Ensure accurate maintenance of ERP master data including fabrics, trims, accessories, process costs, and item codes with zero duplication or errors.

  • Prepare MIS Reports & Dashboards – Develop and update P&L charts, cost analysis, and real-time operational dashboards for management decision-making.

  • Conduct ERP Audit & Data Validation – Regularly match ERP data with physical production reports to identify gaps and recommend process or system improvements.

  • Coordinate Cross-Functionally – Act as a bridge between production, accounts, and IT teams to ensure smooth workflow, task tracking, and removal of operational bottlenecks.

  • Drive Continuous Process Improvement – Identify inefficiencies in ERP usage and suggest automation or system enhancement initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
