Additional Requirements:
  • Candidate must hold a BBA or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

  • 10–12 years of overall experience, including at least 8 years in payments integrity, fintech controls, analytics, merchant acquiring safeguards, or digital banking governance.   

  • Strong expertise in Product Integrity Intelligence (PII) framework design and governance.      

  • Deep understanding of misuse and abuse typologies across merchant payment channels.      

  • Capability to interpret Bangladesh Bank circulars and scheme/network rules into product safeguards.

  • Experience developing dashboards, integrity KPIs, and anomaly detection mechanisms.

  • Strong executive communication and advisory writing skills.      

  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct enforcement authority.



Responsibilities & Context:

PII Function Establishment & Governance

  • Define and operationalize the Product Integrity Intelligence (PII) framework, including cadence, reporting rhythm, decision forums, and escalation SOPs.

  • Build and maintain a structured knowledge base covering abuse typologies, incident library, and integrity playbooks for Merchant Products.

Service Integrity Intelligence

  • Lead early detection of misuse and/or abuse signals across merchant payment channels, including incentive misuse, merchant collusion, QR-based scams, device and terminal misuse, onboarding abuse, and chargeback-driven behavioral patterns.

  • Define integrity indicators and alert thresholds for priority use cases such as BanglaQR, NFC Tap-to-Phone, Soundbox/POS, and acquiring products.

Executive Visibility & Advisory

  • Develop PII dashboards covering integrity KPIs, anomaly trends, dispute and chargeback drivers, and merchant behavior clustering.

  • Deliver structured monthly executive reporting on merchant ecosystem integrity health, highlighting emerging vulnerabilities and exposure areas.

  • Publish formal product integrity advisories to guide roadmap prioritization, campaign safeguards, pricing controls, and limit policies.

Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Translate Bangladesh Bank circulars and scheme/network requirements (Visa, NPSB, AliPay+ etc.) into clear product guardrails and preventive controls.

  • Drive alignment between Product squads, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Fraud Ops, Commercial, and Data teams on mitigation priorities (intelligence-led, not enforcement-led).
