First 3 Months: Physical Support Engineer (Field Support)
After 3 Months: Call Center Support Engineer
Future Opportunity: Promotion to NOC (Network Operations Center) Engineer based on performance.
Responsibilities:
-Home User Support
-Install new broadband connections at home user premises.
-Configure Dial-Up / PPPoE username and password for customers.
-Set up WiFi routers and home network devices.
-Troubleshoot internet connectivity issues at customer homes.
-Check and repair LAN cables, fiber lines, and connectors.
-Resolve issues like slow internet speed, frequent disconnection, or no connection.
-Guide customers on WiFi usage, password change, and router reset.
-Replace faulty routers, adapters, or network cables.
-Perform signal testing and internet speed testing after installation.
-Provide basic remote support over phone or messaging if needed.
