Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor ISP/network performance and ensure uninterrupted network service.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve network issues in a timely manner.
Monitor bandwidth utilization, uptime, and system alerts.
Provide technical support to clients and field engineers regarding network problems.
Configure and maintain routers, switches, ONU/OLT, and other networking devices.
Escalate critical issues to senior engineers when necessary.
Maintain daily network monitoring reports and incident logs.
Coordinate with the technical support and transmission teams for quick problem resolution.
Ensure proper ticket management and follow-up using the NOC system.
Support preventive maintenance activities to ensure network stability.
Work in rotational shifts, including night shifts if required.
Maintain professional communication with customers and internal teams.
* Must have CCNA Certification*
