• Bachelor's degree in a related subject. The education requirement may be relaxed if experience is high.

• Practical experience in front-end development, mainly using React.js.Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.

• Experience with state management (Redux/Context API), React Router, and RESTful API integration.

• Familiarity with TypeScript, Git, and modern build tools (Webpack/Vite) is a plus.

• Hands-on experience consuming REST and GraphQL APIs — Axios/Fetch, request/response interceptors, pagination, caching and data-fetching libraries (React Query / RTK Query / SWR).

• Understanding of authentication and authorization flows in front-end apps: JWT handling, refresh-token rotation, OAuth2/OIDC, and role-based route/component guards.

• Front-end security awareness: XSS/CSRF prevention, safe storage of tokens (avoiding localStorage for sensitive data), input sanitization/validation, and secure handling of environment variables/secrets.

• Experience with React performance and code quality tooling: lazy loading/code splitting, memoization (useMemo/useCallback), custom hooks, and testing (Jest, React Testing Library).

• Familiarity with CI/CD basics, environment-based builds, and deploying React apps behind HTTPS with proper CORS and CSP configuration.

• Clear concept and understanding of the software development life cycle.

• Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical persons or users.

• Must be comfortable working in a dynamic, research-oriented team with concurrent projects.

• Professional certifications in React or front-end web development will be an added advantage.

• Strong time management skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

• Positive and proactive attitude.

• Design, develop, and debug responsive web interfaces using React (Hooks, Context/Redux) and modern JavaScript/Typescript.

• Understand clients' logic and business processes for web application development.

• Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, reusable React components.

• Integrate front-end applications with REST/GraphQL APIs and backend services (Spring Boot / Node.js).

• Assist with planning and designing system and application architecture, and translating requirements into application prototypes.

• Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.

• Participate in the agile software development life cycle within a team environment.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code; participate in code reviews.

• Act as a liaison between end users and business units to maintain the reliability and operation of supported systems.
