Responsibilities & Context:
Tele Sales
Contact potential and existing customers by phone.
Explain MYGPS products, packages, features, and services.
Generate leads and convert them into customers.
Follow up with interested customers regularly.
Maintain daily call and sales records.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Inform customers about promotions, offers, renewals, and new services.
Customer Support
Receive and respond to customer calls professionally.
Assist customers with GPS tracking system and app-related queries.
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
Coordinate with technical and operations teams when necessary.
Follow up on pending customer issues until resolution.
Maintain accurate customer information and support records.
Follow up with customers regarding subscription renewal and outstanding bills when assigned.
🔹 Requirements
Minimum HSC, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Clear and confident telephone communication.
Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
Ability to handle customers professionally.
Sales-oriented and target-driven mindset.
Previous experience in Tele Sales / Call Center / Customer Support / Sales will be an advantage.
Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
